Refund and Return Policy
Please note that returns are not free of charge; customers are responsible for the shipping
costs associated with returns.
Can I return my order?
• The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same
condition as delivered.
• The item must show only normal handling; damages caused by careless use are
excluded.
• Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
• Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
• Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, they
will be confirmed within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to decline returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged
for reasons beyond our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order qualifies under the above terms, please follow these steps:
1 Send an email to our support team at: [Insert Support Email].
2 Include the following details in your email: Order number, reason for return, a photo of
the product (in case of damage), customer’s full name, and customer’s address.
3 Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender’s address.
4 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who are natural persons making purchases for non-commercial purposes
have the right to cancel their order under the following terms: The cancellation period lasts
14 days from the day you or an authorized third party (other than the carrier) receive the
goods. Because our system is fully automated, we cannot stop orders once they are
placed, so cancellations can only be made after receipt of the goods. To exercise this
right, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of withdrawal. Cancellation is
finalized once we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping will be
paid by the buyer.
In-Transit Orders
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary. If items are already in
transit, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please wait until delivery and then
proceed with the return. You may notify us of your intent to cancel while awaiting delivery.
For faster processing, please provide a shipping confirmation once the return is initiated.
Refund Process
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding
delivery costs (except in cases where you selected a more expensive shipping option).
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and the returned
goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you originally used,
unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for the refund process. Important: All
returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
